This policy describes the actual use of cookies and similar technologies on https://veiko.es, owned by VEIKO REMARKETING S.L.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small file that the browser stores on your device. We also use browser local storage (localStorage) to remember your consent decision. In this policy, “cookies” includes those similar technologies.

2. Our own consent

When you visit the site, a banner is shown with Accept and Reject. Your choice is stored in the browser under the key vk_cookie_consent in localStorage (value 1 if you accept and 0 if you reject). Statistics and marketing cookies (Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads and Meta) load only if you accept. We do not use Complianz or any other third-party consent manager.

You can change your mind at any time: delete the vk_cookie_consent key from local storage or clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page. The banner will appear again.

3. Functional cookies and storage

These are needed for the site to work or to remember a preference you have chosen. On veiko.es they may include:

The consent preference (vk_cookie_consent in localStorage).
The first-party cookie veiko_utm: if you arrive with campaign parameters (utm_*, gclid or fbclid), it is stored for 30 days to attribute registration on the platform.
Other technical session or security cookies that the server may need to provide the service.

The Hind typefaces are served from our own servers. We do not load Google Fonts.

4. Google reCAPTCHA (contact form)

On /en/contact (and the Spanish contact page) we load Google reCAPTCHA to tell human submissions from bots. It is a security measure for the form: it loads only on that page and is required to send the message.

reCAPTCHA may set Google cookies and process the IP address and technical device data. More information: Google privacy policy and terms.

5. Statistics and marketing (Google Tag Manager)

The Google Tag Manager container with identifier GTM-5KDDMMQ6 loads only if you tap Accept. If you tap Reject or have not chosen yet, it does not load. That container may activate, among others:

Google Analytics 4 (usage and traffic statistics).
Google Ads (measurement and advertising).
Meta (pixel and advertising attribution).

These tools may set third-party cookies and process data such as IP address, device identifiers and browsing activity, in order to measure audiences and attribute campaigns.

6. How to withdraw consent

Delete the vk_cookie_consent key from the browser’s localStorage.
Remove cookies for veiko.es and for third parties (Google, Meta) in your browser settings.
Reload the page and tap Reject if the banner appears again.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser options. If you block all of them, some site functions may be affected.
