How does Smart Bid work at Veiko?

Smart Bid lets you automate your offer so you do not have to watch every move in the auction.

You set the maximum you are willing to pay for a vehicle and the system bids for you automatically, keeping you as the highest bidder… up to that limit.

A practical example

Imagine a car starts at €1,500. You turn on Smart Bid and set your maximum at €1,600. The system does not allow Smart Bid for less than €100 above the current value, so your bid is valid.

– The system then places your first offer at the starting price: €1,500.

– If nobody else bids, you win the vehicle at that price.

– If another user bids (for example €1,550, because the first increment can be €50), the system bids again for you to stay ahead, i.e. at €1,550.

– The system never overbids or jumps to your maximum early: it only rises if needed, step by step.

So you have a better chance of winning without overpaying and without watching the clock.
