Money-back guarantee

The new money-back guarantee applies to all guaranteed vehicles collected from the yard from 28/03/2026 (inclusive).

If you bought a money-back guarantee before 28/03/2026, you can use the new guarantee at no extra cost.

Main terms

  • Duration: 2 hours or 200 km, whichever comes first.
  • Price: €245
  • Refund if you return the vehicle: €195
  • Non-refundable handling fee: €50

When you can buy it

The guarantee can be bought within 60 minutes of the vehicle being awarded at auction or bought as a buy-now.

After that window it can no longer be purchased.

Important: inspection window

From the start of the guarantee the buyer has 2 hours to inspect the vehicle.

  • If you want to return it, you must request it through the inspection process on the platform before that window ends.
  • If you do not want to return it, you do not need to do anything.

After 2 hours the guarantee ends automatically and the vehicle is awarded and transferred to the buyer.

If the buyer returns the vehicle

If the buyer returns it under the new guarantee:

  • We refund the full vehicle price + €195 for the guarantee.
  • We charge €50 as a handling fee.

Incidents during the return

  • If the vehicle breaks down during the return, the buyer is responsible for transport back to the yard.
  • If the yard is closed, the buyer must return the vehicle first thing the next day.

Requirements to collect from the yard

To collect the vehicle you must complete these steps on the platform under “Mis Compras” (My purchases) > “Para recoger” (Ready for collection), on each vehicle’s card, once it is ready for collection.

From there you can handle the paperwork and steps before pick-up.

1. Signed assignment contract

The vehicle assignment contract must be signed by the client before collection.

You will find it under “Mis Compras” > “Para recoger” on the vehicle card once it is ready for collection.

2. Valid compulsory insurance

The client must upload a validity certificate showing the vehicle has current insurance.

Upload it from the same “Mis Compras” > “Para recoger” screen. Our team reviews it within 10 minutes.

Tip: upload the certificate a few hours early to avoid waiting at the yard.

3. Storage payment, if due

If the vehicle has exceeded the free storage period, the client must pay the extra through the platform.
