The new yard storage policy applies to all vehicles awarded from 28/03/2026 (inclusive).

Each vehicle has 12 free days at the yard from the moment it is awarded at the end of an auction or as a buy-now, or 7 days from when it is ready for collection at the destination yard if inter-yard transport was booked. After that, an extra €8 per extra day applies.

Important: for vehicles already awarded before 28 March, the 12 free days still start on 28 March, and that day is the first free day.

So for those vehicles the free-storage counter does reset to zero on 28 March.

When storage starts

Yard storage starts when the vehicle is awarded to the client, whether after an auction or as a buy-now, with or without a money-back guarantee.

Vehicles with inter-yard transport

If inter-yard transport is booked, storage starts when the vehicle is ready for collection at the destination yard and you have 7 free days.

Payment required to collect

To collect the vehicle you must first pay any storage due, whether or not it has a money-back guarantee.

Important: storage must be paid on the same day you collect.

If you pay the day before, you will have to pay the current day’s amount again when you collect.

Where to pay

Pay extra storage days on the platform under:

“Mis Compras” (My purchases) > “Para recoger” (Ready for collection)

On each vehicle card you can see and pay the outstanding amount.
